This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which donations made to unlock additive or cosmetic features on Stoicism ("Bot", "us", "we") may be refunded. By making a donation, you agree to this policy.

2. One-Time Donations

We accept one-time donations to unlock various additive or cosmetic features on the Bot. These donations are voluntary and are used to support the development and maintenance of the Bot.

2.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for donations will only be granted under the following conditions:

• The donation was made by mistake.
• The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the donation.

2.2. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of the donation through Discord or @ support@stoicism.lol with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Provide the following information:
   • Your Discord username and ID.
   • Your email address.
   • The date and time of the donation.
   • The amount of the donation.
   • A brief explanation of why the donation was made by mistake.

2.3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 7 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

2.4. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations made outside the 24-hour window or for any reason other than a mistake will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Bot following the posting of changes means that you accept and agree to the changes.
