1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stoicism ("Bot", "us", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides various services including but not limited to information retrieval, entertainment, utility functions, and interaction facilitation within the Discord platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Bot in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Bot or interfere with any other party's use of the Bot.
• Use the Bot to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• Use the Bot to impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Bot, Stoicism team, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Bot, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Bot or expose them to liability.

4. Privacy Policy

By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of certain information about you, as specified in our Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly.

5. Content

You are responsible for the content you interact with through the Bot. We do not control the content posted via the Bot and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Bot and related materials are owned by us. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our affiliates, or our licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Bot.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
